The stained carpet? Let’s clean or replace. That water in your basement? Let’s get it taken care of. Those dark blue floral curtains in your living room that are gorgeous, but very style specific? Let’s swap them out for something more neutral. I’m your friend and I don’t sugarcoat things. I’m here to sell your house for the most money possible, and as quickly as possible, so I will give you the advice to make it happen.

I understand the current real estate market, the importance of staging, and how to take the selling of your home to the next level. My knowledge of social media empowers me to market your home in a modern way that will effectively reach the right buyers by utilizing Instagram and Facebook. I will call my professional photographer to take beautiful photos of your home and I will create a marketing strategy for promoting your home and getting the price it deserves.
